Subir brings his deep deep expertise in financial services and hands-on experience with healthcare and manufacturing to the table as he crafts dynamic-data solutions from your real-time information streams.

With a passion for open communication and consistency in delivery, Steven Nieker brings decades of technical leadership to the challenge of scaling operational excellence. With a deep technical background, broad operational experience, and familiarity with running multi-national professional services organizations, Steven ensures that Greyker's clients' expectations, needs, and outcomes always align.

Our founders met at a boutique consulting firm based in New York City with a focus on Capital Markets, Risk Focus. Steven served as Chief Operating Officer for the firm and its four international subsidiaries. Subir lead client engagements and developed technology partnerships with Confluent, AWS and Splunk, among others. Following the firm’s acquisition by a large IT-services company, the pair continued to collaborate as they led significant parts of their new firm’s consulting organization.
