We have seen a lot of new beginnings. Both of our founders have been part of founding teams. And we’ve initiated dozens of projects with clients, both large and small.

People
Nothing of true significance can be done alone. We may each be worlds undo ourselves, but we need a team to scale our advantages and fill gaps in ability or vision.
Subir and Steven previously worked together at a 150-person technology consulting firm based in New York City with a focus on Capital Markets clients, Risk Focus. Steven joined to serve as Chief Operating Officer of the firm and its four international subsidiaries, and he helped grow the business and negotiate a sale to a 5000 person technology IT firm. Subir spent 10 years at Risk Focus leading client engagements and developing technology partnerships with Confluent, AWS, and Splunk among others. Following Risk Focus’s acquisition, the pair spent several years leading different parts of our new organization’s consulting operations.

Process
We lean agile in our approach to delivering solutions to our clients. Agile recognizes the importance of collaboration and our shared humanity. Its ceremonies are designed with people and team dynamics in mind. A daily standup is a structured, periodic event reminding us of shared commitments. Sprint planning and retrospectives allow teams to break up large tasks into meaningful steps, celebrating a learning from each stage of our common journey.
By wrapping agile methodology in a framework of organizational rituals and artifacts, communication and transparency are ingrained habit, rather than an afterthought. Our commitment to process enables us to focus all our attention on client engagement, satisfaction, and delivery outcomes.

Modeling allows us to reduce risks by identifying and avoiding dead-ends early. Models also enable us to train teams for the task ahead. People absorb knowledge in different ways, and for many of us, we learn best when we have something real to play with. Modeling also allows us to refine our plans and see the task at hand from different perspectives.
